How do I order a new line or upgrade an existing line?

You need to contact our Customer Service Department on 0800 195 5040. Our advisor will discuss possible options and what best suits your business needs.

I have a traditional telephone system and have heard lots about VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), how can I benefit from VoIP and what are my options?

We provide a number of solutions allowing you utilize VoIP technology to benefit from cheaper calls and reduced costs. One possible option is the Smartbox, allowing you to utilize your existing system! For more information please call our Customer Service Department on 0800 195 5040.

I have a VoIP solution and I am receiving payment for inbound calls, how will I receive this payment?

The payment will be shown on your monthly invoice

My first bill is more than I expected?

You will need to check the dates next to the charge on your invoice, as you may have been charged for more than the usual three month period for line rental if you have transferred to us in the middle of a billing period.

Why am I being charged a service charge, what are these charges?

This is because you are not set up for Direct Debit and electronic billing; if you contact our Customer Services Department on 0800 195 5040 we can arrange this for so you will not be charged in future.

What is Businesscare?

Businesscare is a response time of 4 hours to a fault that is logged with us.

Why do I have to complete a faxback, other providers take instructions over the phone?

This is so we have an easily accessed audit trail to track any changes to your account.
