One Year's Free Maintenance!*

We understand that all business needs are different which is why we have developed a maintenance service tailored around our customers' needs. The service ensures that should a system fault occur, help is only a phone call away. When you sign up for our Lines & Calls Service you are entitled to receive One Year's Free Standard Service Maintenance* on your existing phone system.

Standard Service – Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays)

This covers:

Telephone system cover
Internal system cards
System handsets
Internal building cabling

In addition to our standard maintenance service we can also tailor packages to include the following:

24 hour a day cover
Weekend cover
Public holiday cover
Front of house packages
Call loggers
Central processor only cover
Executive handsets only cover
Additional training cover (for business with high staff turnover)
24 hour helpline – offering technical support
Disaster recovery – making provisions to have your systems up and running should the worst happen to your business (i.e. fire or flood)
Response times – categorised faults to help us respond to the areas where we are needed
